Miner self service

New worker syntax Username_number (example testuser_1): Miner type:

HELP: here you can add a new worker by your own and can take the existing device type from the drop down list

HELP: here only the project owner can add a new worker and a new device type (password protected)

Read all Miner (password protected, only for project owner)

Device change, rename and deleting old miner are not possible, please write a message in the forum.
